Trout Lily (Erythronium americanum) at Astico County Park in Columbus, Wisconsin on Tuesday, Apr. 18, 2023. I posted some photos from Astico last week, but I just found this pic on my secondary memory card. I'm not sure if they are still in bloom, but they are easy to find if they are. Drive to the far northeast point of the campground, by the running water. These flowers are behind the outhouse, and there is a beautiful walk down along the Crawfish River, by the picturesque bridge....
