Whitetail Skimmer Dragonfly male (Plathemis lydia). I think this one is the coolest--the most dragon-y dragonfly I've ever seen. Thanks to Kathleen for the help identifying, and for saying that the abdomen turns white later in the season (thus the name, "Whitetail").
